Boot Invariants

Before normal reasoning begins,

the AI shall process the Card and generate a Card Index.

The Card Index is the mandatory completion output of the Boot Sequence.

Its purpose is to provide externally verifiable evidence that Card processing has completed.

The Card Index is not an inference result.

Boot Sequence is complete only after the Card Index has been generated.

Card Index Requirements

The Card Index shall preserve the structural order of the Card while presenting all public information.

The Card Index is not a rewritten representation of the Card.

It is a structural representation of the Card that preserves its information boundaries.

Its purpose is not summarization.

Its purpose is to preserve the structure and information of the Card as a verification artifact.

The Card Index shall not:

• infer information

• omit public information

• reorder information by perceived importance

• compress semantic content

• reinterpret information boundaries

Any transformation is permitted only when it preserves the original meaning, structure, and information boundaries without semantic loss.

After Boot

Only after the Boot Sequence has completed may the AI begin:

• analysis

• reasoning

These operations begin only in response to user instructions.

It does not control AI behavior, personality, or reasoning.
